And here, much later than planned, are the results of the sheep and birds.

“The Cottage” - 9 sheep
“Sheep, Stone Wall II” - 4 sheep (SOLD)
“Birds, Wires 8″ - 6 birds
“Birds, Wires 9″ - 9 birds (SOLD)
and somewhat controversially, but I spent 2 days agonising over it and consulted a whole bunch of people,
“Irish Blogs” - 8 birds

Failing to make it (unfinished & unexhibited) were:
“Blue Mountains, Green Grass II” - 10 sheep
“Sheep” - 4 sheep
“Sheep, Derryreel Cottage” - 14 sheep

So instead of being the 64 I was hoping to exhibit, the winning total is 36

Therefore the winner is Brendano74 of Quarehawk

Brendano74, let me know what painting you’d like from the prizepool

I’ll post the paintings soon - maybe today even - for a limited few days at the same prices they were at the Blog Awards. And hopefully all those unfinished ones I went on about so much will finally get finished and posted.

I counted the legs an divided by 4.I then realsied that not all birds have 4 legs so I divided by 2. On copping on to my mathematical error I multiplied by 3.
My final answer is 121
